• We expressly disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
• In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, investment losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including securities regulations, anti-money laundering laws, tax obligations, and data protection regulations in your jurisdiction. EasyQuant does not provide compliance advice.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and all applicable Indian regulations, we operate as a technology platform providing AI-generated informational content. Nothing on this platform shall be construed as services that require registration with SEBI or any other Indian financial regulator.

10. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, algorithms, software, design, branding, and content (excluding third-party data) are the intellectual property of EasyQuant Intelligence. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our express written permission. AI-generated analysis reports are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service, including the binding arbitration clause and class action waiver.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Disclaimer is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using any feature of the EasyQuant platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Legal Disclaimer, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
