Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscription plans for the EasyQuant platform operated by EasyQuant Intelligence. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases on EasyQuant are final and non-refundable. EasyQuant provides AI-powered financial research and analysis — a fully digital service. Upon completing your payment, your subscription is activated instantly and you gain immediate access to all Pro features, data, and AI analysis tools. Because the digital content is made available and can be used the moment the subscription is purchased, the service is considered fully delivered at the point of sale.

In accordance with applicable digital goods and services regulations, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a subscription has been purchased and access has been granted.

3. Exceptions

Refunds are considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  • Subscription not activated: If your payment was successfully processed but your account was never upgraded to Pro due to a verified technical error on our end.

All other requests - including change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI outputs, or failure to use the service - are not eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Upon cancellation, your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for any unused time remaining in a billing period.
  • After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier at the end of the billing period.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will not be charged again after your current period ends unless you manually renew.

5. How to Report a Billing Issue

If you believe you qualify under the exceptions in Section 3, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Payment transaction ID (from your Razorpay confirmation email).
  • Date of payment.
  • Description of the billing issue.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method through Razorpay.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds are issued in Indian Rupees (INR). Any currency conversion or bank charges are borne by you.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to resolve any billing issues amicably.

8. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price change will be communicated 30 days in advance and will only apply to new billing periods. Your current subscription will not be affected until renewal.

9. Consumer Protection

This policy is designed to comply with the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the E-Commerce Rules, 2020, RBI guidelines for digital payments, and other applicable consumer protection laws globally. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.
